Terms payment
Purchaser must pay price in full in manner requested before dispatch. Price stated exclusive of taxes and delivery. Panos reserves the right to accept or reject your offer based on availability of product, an error in price or product description on this web site or an error in your order.

Acceptance and Return
Purchaser to inspect goods on delivery and give notice immediately if purchaser alleges goods not in accordance to purchase Claims for non delivery must be made within 7 days of delivery date. Claims to return product for credit must be subject to approval from the authorized representative of company. Supplier will allow credit for cost of product minus a 20% handling charge if goods returned at purchasers request.

Prices
Prices displayed on this website for products or services are current at time of issue but may be changed at any given time.

G.S.T.
Pricing displayed on this site are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax and are applied at 10% of total price. If orders received from outside Australia the Gst will not apply ( you would be responsible for all any taxes , custom ,duties or any applicable liabilities imposed by any government policies.

Delivery
Goods will be delivered by courier with in 1 – 14 working days depending on availability of stock.

Limitation of liability
Panos Safety Australia will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect , incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from use or inability to use the web site or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or from any products obtained or messages received or transmitted from this website.
